The Summer Days & Wanderlust print from the S/S Kimono collection.  A private label stocked in mid to high end boutiques throughout Australia.  I designed & developed both the garment & the prints for the collection.  All kimono prints are engineered, with complex placement prints created for each individual part of the garment.

The Summer Days print consists of hand drawn tropical flora in grey led & watercolour pencils.  The contrast tribal patterns were drawn in fine liner pen & border patterns created digitally.  

The Wanderlust print was created by drawing directly onto the computer using a pen & tablet.  Different brushstrokes were used to create the look of an embroidery.  Individual patterns were collaged together to create the placement print.
