What is your privacy policy?

Lindsay Puttock will not sell your personal information or contact details to any other party. As a customer or when you sign up to our newsletter, we may email your with special offers, news and details about new collections, but please be assured that this will not be very often :) If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, please inform us and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
What are your delivery times?

Please allow 5-10 business days for printing, packing and delivery within Australia. Please allow 2-4 weeks for printing, packing and International delivery. We will email you a tracking number once your artwork has been sent. A signature on arrival is required for all international deliveries.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated once your order is confirmed.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we certainly do!
What paper do you use?

Artworks are printed on 100% cotton rag, museum grade paper in a medium weight. The highest archival quality, so your prints are made to last. All artworks are originally hand drawn or painted, the fine art quality shows a true representation of the original artwork, with a brilliance in colour and detail.
What sizes are the prints?

All artworks are available as prints in A4 and A3 size. All prints have a standard 0.35mm white border included in the print size.
How are the prints packaged?

All artworks are packaged with a recycled firm card backing and archival quality cello sleeve. Artworks are then packaged in a very firm card mailer to protect them in transit.
What frames do the artworks fit?

All A4 and A3 prints fit standard sized frames. -A4 size print - Final print size is 21cmx29.7cm. A 0.35mm white border is included in the final print size. A4 sized prints can be framed in an A4 sized frame or in a A3 sized frame with a mount board and A4 sized insert space, depending on your desired look and final frame size. -A3 size print - Final print size is 29.7cmx42cm. A 0.35mm white border is included in the final print size. A3 sized prints can be framed in an A3 sized frame or in a A2 sized frame with a mount board and A3 sized insert space, depending on your desired look and final frame size.
What artworks work well styled together?

All artworks are designed in collections and a series of placements that can be easily styled together. They can by styled in their collections or mix and matched depending on your desired look. You can also mix A4 and A3 size together! Our shop images show various styling options. Do you offer originals or limited edition prints?

Unfortunately we do not offer the original artworks for sale. The prints currently on offer are open edition but for a limited time, so will not be mass produced. They are printed to order to limit any wastage and are individually hand signed for authenticity. Do you offer commission artworks?

Do you wholesale?

Yes we do and we would love to find new stockists! To register your interest please complete our wholesale customer registration or contact us via email: lindsayputtock@gmail.com
Do you offer returns?

As we are a small business we can not offer a return or refund due to a change of mind.
Do you offer exchanges for damaged goods?

Yes, if your order is damaged in transit we will replace it free of charge. Please take photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery at lindsayputtock@gmail.com Any time after 24 hours will not be considered.
